Note *

• Participants must complete the track in which he/she is enrolled. In the event that the participant does not complete the track, no refund will be accorded
• Additional clause for SAP Education Singapore & Malaysia only: Once a course is confirmed and notice has been sent, 100% penalty charge will be imposed for cancellation
• For SAP Education China, 100% penalty charge will be imposed for cancellation notice received on 10th working day or less than 10 working days from course start date
• For SAP Education China, written request for change of track received on 5th working day or less than 5 working days from course start date will be subjected to 50% course fees penalty charge. If the request for change of track is received on or after course commencement date, 100% course fees penalty charge will be imposed.

• For SAP Education China, 100% course fees penalty charge imposed for deferment request received on 10th working day or less than 10 working days from course start date

• The substitution has to be from the same company and register for the same course on the same date
